Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. If you’ve made it this far, you likely have a sense of how passionate I am about working with individuals, teams, and organizations in transition. At least I hope that’s what you’ve gleaned from reading about who I work with, my point of view, and the work I engage in. As an executive and team coach, speaker, and workshop leader, I strive to inspire and guide the reinvention process. We are living in a world abundant with opportunity and unlimited choices, a world of constant challenge and relentless change.

As a coach and consultant to organizations in transition, I work with leaders to develop coaching cultures and improve employee satisfaction, team performance, and engagement. My coaching work with individuals is designed to help them through the challenging times that we all face in life from time to time. Through keynote presentations and workshops on coaching, change, renewal, and adult development, I help entry-level employees, entrepreneurs, pastors, professors, physicians, PhDs, CEOs, and leaders at every level work and live with more energy, purpose, and joy.

Prior to my work as a coach and trainer, I survived three corporate re-engineerings and held leadership positions in retail, healthcare, and manufacturing organizations for more than two decades. I worked extensively in the areas of performance management, multi-rater feedback, leadership development, and training.

I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Design, Architecture and Art. I earned my coaching certification through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara in 1999 where I currently serve on the leadership team. A Certified Birkman Consultant since 1996, my professional affiliations include the C.G. Jung Society of Cincinnati and the International Coach Federation.

Learning and personal development is an anchoring principle of my life and work. In recent years, I’ve continued my education and exploration into human development by attending workshops with Jungian analyst and author James Hollis, the Hudson Institute’s Advanced Coaching Seminars and leadership retreats featuring presentations by thought leaders in the coaching and consulting fields, Birkman conferences and continuing education events, and an eclectic mix of offerings in creative venues.  Everything I learn works its way into my practice.

I’ve been trained a Stephen Ministry Leader, and have provided training and supervision to caregivers as they support people in crisis and transition. My creative passions are collage and collecting raku pottery. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with John, my high-school sweetheart and husband. We travel extensively and enjoy spending time with our extended families.

Please let me know how I can be of service to you or your organization.
